Principal Cardmember: Age 21 or older
Supplementary Cardmember: Age 18 or older

AND any of the following where necessary:
- 3 months1 bank statements
- Latest EA Form
- Latest BE Form with tax receipt
Self-employed

Salaried Expatriate
- Copy of Passport
